On this day, Jnicon Electric Co., Ltd., a subsidiary of the Group, officially relocated its office from Fubilun Industrial Park in Bao’an’s Yanluo District, Shenzhen, to the Special Zone Construction Lefu Plaza in the heart of Fenghuangcheng, Guangming District, and held a grand opening ceremony.
Leaders from the Group and employees from various subsidiaries gathered in Guangming to witness this important moment. The atmosphere was festive and uplifting — this was far more than a simple office move; it marked a critical step forward in Jnicon’s global expansion strategy.
Why Guangming?
Guangming District is a key industrial hub in northern Shenzhen, and Fenghuangcheng, as the heart of Guangming’s CBD, brings together premium office towers, star-rated hotels, large commercial complexes, and corporate headquarters. It is one of the most internationally oriented business districts in northern Shenzhen.
The move to Special Zone Construction Lefu Plaza signals Jnicon Electric’s official upgrade from a factory-affiliated office to an independent core office. This is not just a change of address — it reflects Jnicon Electric’s determination to present a renewed and professional image to customers worldwide.

The new office in Guangming Fenghuangcheng, on the other hand, serves as the Group’s brand showroom and foreign trade operations center, connecting us with customers around the world.
