Jnicon uses high-purity copper alloys finished with an automated multi-stage electroplating process. We apply a solid nickel barrier layer to prevent metal migration, followed by a heavy gold layer on the contact surfaces. This production standard ensures low electrical resistance and excellent corrosion resistance across thousands of mating cycles.
