Send the complete mating-pair drawing, current and duty-cycle profile, maximum ambient at the connector, number of loaded contacts, cable construction and size, enclosure layout, expected mating cycles and applicable acceptance criteria. JNICON can assess a candidate connector and share available drawings or test evidence. Prototype validation in the final equipment remains the OEM’s responsibility.
