Not automatically. A separable connection or quick-release latch does not establish a load-break or hot-swap rating. Follow the equipment manufacturer's approved isolation, verification, and service procedures. If the design requires interruption under load, the responsible engineering team must select a device explicitly documented and qualified for that function and the actual operating conditions.
