There is no universal cycle target for all custom cable assemblies. Define the actual motion, cycle-count convention, service interval, geometry and environment, then agree on a representative test plan and failure criteria. A specimen reaching the test endpoint supports only the documented conditions; it does not prove unlimited service life or guarantee the reliability of every production item.
