High-Reliability Waterproof & Dustproof Protection

All products in our series feature high-reliability waterproof and dustproof protection. IP67 certified models withstand temporary immersion up to 1 meter for 30 minutes. IP68 certified models are designed for prolonged submersion in demanding environments (specific depth and duration refer to product datasheet). For applications requiring frequent high-pressure high-temperature washdown — such as food processing, agricultural machinery, and heavy equipment — IP69K protection is available as a customizable option.

Note: IP69K is an optional custom feature and is not standard across all models.

Wide Operating Temperature Range

Our connectors operate reliably across a broad temperature range from -40°C to +105°C (with certain energy storage series reaching up to +125°C). This ensures stable performance in extreme climates — from freezing winters to scorching summers — making them suitable for desert, snowy, high-altitude, and other harsh environmental conditions.

High-Strength Flame-Retardant Housing

The housing is constructed from high-performance engineering plastic with UL94 V-0 flame-retardant certification, ensuring self-extinguishing properties in case of fire. The structural design also provides impact resistance, protecting internal precision terminals from accidental collisions and mechanical shocks in industrial environments.

High Mating Cycle Durability

Our connectors are rated for 500+ mating cycles, validated through rigorous plug-and-unplug testing. In frequent connection and disconnection scenarios, they maintain stable contact performance and consistent electrical reliability — effectively reducing maintenance frequency and replacement costs over the product lifecycle.
