Jnicon manufactures its connector shells using glass-fiber reinforced Polyamide 66 (PA66) and Polybutylene Terephthalate (PBT) engineering polymers. Combined with fluorosilicone elastomeric seals, these materials are chemically inert and will not swell, crack, or degrade when exposed to synthetic cutting lubricants, hydraulic oils, or aggressive sanitizing washdowns.
